2010/8-至今，云南省农业科学院蚕桑蜜蜂研究所，副研究员，研究员。主要从事蚕桑病虫害防控研究工作，如家蚕核型多角体病毒（BmNPV)遗传多样性分析，病毒进化与溯源，检测技术研发，家蚕品种资源抗BmNPV评价，家蚕主要病害防控技术研究。

1998/7-2010/7，云南省农业科学院蚕桑蜜蜂研究所，研究实习员，助理研究员。主要从事家蚕品种选育及育种技术研究，包括雄蚕品种选育，专养雄蚕配套技术研究，家蚕品种孤雌生殖评价，家蚕多倍体品系建立，家蚕精子载体法转基因技术优化，家蚕黄茧茧色形成机制研究及茧色相关基因鉴定。
